Outfits #4 For Poland

So I haven’t actually been to Poland yet (29 days left.) But I am so organised I know what I am going to wear each day, that is why this blog post is of the outfits I’ll be wearing for the only 4 days I’ll be there…shame I can’t be as organised with my homework, oops.

Grey Basic Zip Up Hoodie

Ticking Stripe Shirt

MOTO Bright Blue Jamie Jeans

I also used a couple of these items in my first ever outfit post which you can read here.

poland 2

Neat Fit Chambray Shirt

Bleach Blue Rip ‘Bailey’ Ultra Stretch Super Skinny Jeans

poland 3

Ankle Length Leggings

I’ve literally had that ‘Genius’ Jumper for a couple years now so I couldn’t find it online. But it’s still in really good condition and it’s even still a bit big on me.

Couldn’t find the coat either, I bought it last year and it’s literally still perfect and it cost like £100 so obviously going to get some more use out of it this winter as well.

poland 4

Hooded Jacket

Some more Ankle Length Leggings (scroll up to previous outfit for link)

And the BARB Lace Up Boots absolutely in love with these shoes, they have featured in every outfit just because they’re so perfect especially for walking.

Hope you enjoyed this blog post, I love outfit posts they’re so much fun to do and read! Comment down below which one is your favourite outfit and don’t forget to catch me on twitter: @sophi15samantha

Updated School Make-up Routine

My first ever blog post was a School Make-up routine and after having blogged now for 7 months (which isn’t that long, I know) a lot has changed. So I wanted to do an update…

school makeupOkay, so before I apply any make up I use the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water to make sure my face is clean and a bit fresher from the previous night sleep. Then I use the No7 Essential Moisture Day Cream which just helps apply my makeup easier.

Next, I pick up my trusty No7 concealer and apply this under my eyes and over any blemishes. Now, in my last post which was just last week (that you can read here) I mentioned that I wasn’t quite there with using this product over blemishes because I still have somewhat of a tan…yeah that’s gone, I’m back to pale me, wooo! But anyway I do really love this concealer and now I get to use it more. Also, it makes me look more awake than I actually am, which is a bonus in itself!

Then it is onto the Soap & Glory Glow Job. I really love this product a lot more than I ever thought I would. I remember talking about it in a blog, which if I can find I’ll link here. And I said it was perfect if you had a tan and wanted to highlight it, but this is really good for me now too, surprisingly. So I apply this after my concealer and it just gives me a bit of colour to my face.

If you have read a few of my posts you should know that I literally do nothing to my brows. Not because I’m lazy just because I’m scared they would go horribly wrong and to be honest, my brows are naturally full anyway. So I just use the L’Oreal Brow Artist Plumper and that seems to keep them in shape for the rest of the day.

This is something I never thought I’d do for school because I thought it was way too noticeable and the school rules are it has to be ‘discreet’. But recently, I have started to use the Revlon Eyeliner Pencil and honestly no ones noticed. I don’t put as much on as I would do on a weekend but Its definitely made me feel a little bit more comfortable walking out the door on a morning, even if I am the only one that notices.

Next, I curl my lashes with the Revlon Eyelash curler, I have had this for a couple years now and I can never seem to find it to link it on here so maybe they’ve stopped them. On a morning when I am curling my lashes my Mum might come up the stairs at the right moment and see me at my dressing table and she always says “OOH that must hurt” and I just sit there like ‘no mum no it doesn’t’….ahhh Mum Moments. Just thought I’d share with you that cause you know why not.

Then I apply the Benefit Roller Lash, I love this sooo much. And if you read last weeks post, I still have it on my dressing table, lets not judge…seriously, though I did do a much better review on this in my Drugstore Haul which I linked earlier.

So using all these products this is how it looks (very ‘discreet’, cause I’m a rule follower…) and also how I was feeling about school this week…

In Other News…

I recently reached 50 followers! And I know people have gained much quicker than I ever will, but I was happy and proud of reaching it. I never set out to have thousands or even fifty, I just wanted somewhere where I could vent and share my photos. But yeah, thank you for everyone that has followed, it means a lot.

Hope you enjoyed this blog post, it was quite long but at the same time I really enjoyed writing it. Like, comment if you own any of these products or what is your essential everyday make up product. Catch me on twitter: @sophi15samantha

Drugstore Haul

Recently, I ventured into Boots and Superdrug and purchased a lot. However, it was all for a good cause as I am off to Poland next month. Some of these products I have tried and others I am waiting for Poland. Obviously, this post would be a lot longer if I included the basic toothpaste and deodorant that I bought so I have narrowed it down to the remotely interesting products, so lets begin…

poland 2Let’s start off with my new Holy Grail mascara; the beautiful Roller Lash by Benefit. I feel like I was really late to the party with this one probably because I was so hesitant spending so much money on a mascara, but I thought might as well see what the fuss was about. And anyways I love it, it doesn’t clump my lashes together and it keeps the curl!  Finally! I am so obsessed with this, I haven’t put it in my make up drawer yet, just so I can look at it on my dresser…sorry, not sorry.

poland 7Next, is the Sheer Blonde Everlasting Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner (separate links to both products) by John Frieda. I am sooo excited to try this, and I don’t think I will be able to wait until Poland.

poland 3

I love No7. In fact I haven’t come across a product I dislike and the No7 Match Made Concealer was no exception. I have it in the shade ‘Calico’ which is the same colour as my No7 foundation. But I’m just waiting a few more weeks until I have lost whatever colour I may have gained during the Summer, until I start to use it for blemishes. At the minute. I’m just using it under the eyes but I love the consistency of it and I love the simple packaging.

poland 8In Poland, I doubt I’m taking any foundation, concealer or anything like that, mainly because I can’t be bothered, I will be taking eye make up though, which is why these Halo Eye Make-up Remover Pads will come in handy.

poland 4Up next is the Superdrug Cherry & Macadamia Body Butter I did have this in Cherry Blossom. However, it vanished and by vanished I mean its sitting on some filing cabinets in my Dad’s office. What for? his hands, apparently. How do I know this? Work Experience. Anyways totally off topic there, I loved my last one so I know I’ll love this just as much.

poland 5This is the Superdrug Strawberry & Raspberry Shower Gel I haven’t tried it yet as I am waiting for Poland but it does smell amazing and its pink, like how couldn’t it be a good product??

poland 6Ahhh I have heard so many reviews on this. So I decided to just try it because from Simple to No7 I haven’t ventured far with my skincare. And I know all I’m doing is taking off of my makeup but I’m too lazy to try anything else  skincare is important. Therefore I purchased the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water and so far so good, takes off my makeup well. I will most definitely be using this to take my make up off from now on.

polandFinally, the No7 Beautiful Skin Energising Mask I love this I have only used it twice. But it literally gives my skin a boost and makes my face look a lot more radiant. Plus it’s peel off which is always better. Would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a face mask.

Hope you enjoyed this blog post, I did put a lot of effort into this one that is why its up a little bit later. Comment down below your most recent, favourite purchase or comment which is your favourite product I have mentioned. And of course, all my own opinions. See you next Saturday, don’t forget to catch me on twitter: @sophi15samantha
